on Wednesday, 7 April 2010 16:00 - 16:40 in room 211

This presentation will outline a suite of tools and approaches in the Victorian government school system. To develop confidence, teachers need to see models of excellent learning with ICT in contexts similar to their own and be able to try out new ideas.

With the ePotential ICT Capabilities Resource for Teachers, teachers can reflect on and evaluate their ICT capabilities online, access a continually expanding bank of learning and teaching resources and create ICT professional learning goals.
This presentation will explore how teachers are supported with quality-assured, digital learning resources, models and exemplars of effective learning and teaching with ICT, as well as safe online learning spaces and applications that can enable collaboration and personalised learning for teachers and students.
